Refil Spa produces spline rolls for automotive industry, using the most innovative software and ultimate technology.

Explaining the products we develop, we can say that our Spline Rolls is less than the one of the part and the roll part axes are not in the same plane. The spline rolls are set at the final centre-to-centre position and the part is inserted between the mechanism.

The roll profile is axially evolutive and presents three zones (penetration, calibration and decompression); it is impressed on the workpiece progressively as the part passes through the roll. The part is fed through the roll by the fact that the helixangle value of the spline rolls and the one of the part are not identical (the difference is the compensation or thru-feed angle).
